Usage and billing

Separate operational print metrics from the commercial plan, then manage upgrades, payments, or an existing contract from the workspace.

Review workspace usage

The Usage page is fixed to the workspace selected in your session. Labels owners can review requested and printed labels, print jobs, failures, success rate, configured agents and printers, and enabled users.

Change the period to review the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 12 months, or all recorded activity. Rankings and record drilldowns help identify the printers, agents, or jobs behind a total, and Export CSV downloads the filtered view.

Understand what the plan measures

The active plan shown in Billing is the source of truth for included quantities and prices. A plan can combine a monthly fee, included active agents or integrations, and an allowance of requested print jobs with charges for additional usage.

  • Requested print jobs are the billable print meter when that component is present; the number of labels inside a job is still shown for operational monitoring but is not billed as a separate per-label charge.
  • Active agents and integration credentials count as operational connections when the plan contains a licensed connection component.
  • The estimate reflects the current period and may differ from the final invoice because of taxes, discounts, or adjustments.

Know how each workspace is billed

ModeHow it works
FreeNo recurring charge or expiry. A manager can choose an available paid plan when more capacity is needed.
Paid planThe workspace renews through Stripe. Billing shows included quantities, estimated cost, and available plan changes.
Managed by contractAn existing commercial agreement covers the workspace. Usage can be unlimited and no in-app payment is required.

Manage a self-service plan

Choose a plan and verify its monthly fee, included connections and jobs, and any extra-unit prices before continuing.

  3. 3
