Verifiable controls, without generic claims
Identity, permissions, integrations, and the Print Agent remain separated and observable throughout the workflow.
Separate identities
Interactive users and machine-to-machine integrations use distinct authentication flows. API credentials can be rotated or revoked without involving personal accounts.
Tenant context
Templates, printers, jobs, and settings are read and changed within the selected organization and its assigned permissions.
Integration credentials
Each integration receives dedicated credentials. The secret is shown at creation and can be replaced or revoked from the workspace.
Roles and operating scope
Roles, plants, and projects limit who can administer the workspace, prepare print requests, or operate on assigned resources.
Job status
Each print request has an identifier and an operational status. Errors and progress remain visible to workspace operators.
Printing stays on site
The Agent authenticates to the service, receives assigned jobs, and prints to devices on the local network: the ERP does not connect directly to printers.
Compliance must be qualified against the real process
Before making regulatory commitments, we review identity, authorization, data retention, change management, and the evidence required by your use case.
We can prepare a technical review for your workflow and the requirements of your IT or Quality team.
